New cloth and new rubber cushions are separate parts of the work. Mention weak or inconsistent rebounds when requesting refelting, so the cushion condition can be evaluated. The Nanuet, Saugerties and Millbrook projects combined cushion replacement with new cloth.

Age and previous repairs can cause issues unrelated to new work. Follow-up assessments on antique tables are initially charged at standard travel and labor rates, disclosed before the visit. Charges attributable to a confirmed workmanship issue are waived or refunded.
Normal wear, accidental damage, changes in the supporting floor, or problems caused by someone else moving or working on the table may need separate paid service. We’ll explain the findings and your options.
