A slate pool table should be moved in sections—not carried through a home as one assembled piece. TableSmith carefully disassembles the rails, pockets, cloth and slate; protects the components for transport; and professionally reassembles and levels the table at its new location.

The table’s size and construction, pickup and destination, stairs, access and any new cloth or repairs all affect the scope. Complete the moving survey with both locations and photos so Brad can review the job before quoting.
Sometimes. TableSmith reused the existing cloth on the Staatsburg-to-Glen Cove antique Brunswick move and the Olhausen Sahara move in Bethel. Cloth condition and the individual table need to be considered before reuse is confirmed for your move.

Our commitment to your table
Careful assembly, accurate leveling, properly fitted cloth and attention to the pockets and cushions matter. So does how you are treated after the work is complete.
If something doesn’t seem right after service, contact Brad directly. We’ll assess the concern, explain what we find and take responsibility for correcting issues caused by our workmanship.
Talk with Brad: 845-600-0312We’ll explain the work, materials and any known table conditions that affect the job. If additional paid work is needed, we’ll discuss the charges before proceeding.
Age and previous repairs can cause issues unrelated to new work. Follow-up assessments on antique tables are initially charged at standard travel and labor rates, disclosed before the visit. Charges attributable to a confirmed workmanship issue are waived or refunded.
Normal wear, accidental damage, changes in the supporting floor, or problems caused by someone else moving or working on the table may need separate paid service. We’ll explain the findings and your options.
