Your inquiry stays private.
The moving survey and repair assessment form collect the contact details, table information, location and access details, and any photos you choose to submit. TableSmith Installations uses this information to review your requested move or repair, ask follow-up questions, and discuss a quote or service.
Private submissions
Inquiry responses and photos are stored in the website’s hosted database and file storage. They are available through a restricted owner inbox, not a public gallery. Hosting providers process this information to operate the site. When email alerts are enabled, inquiry details and your contact information are also processed by Resend to send a notification to TableSmith. Your email address allows a direct reply. Uploaded photos remain in the private survey inbox; email alerts include a sign-in link instead of photo attachments. Submitted files may include metadata saved by your device.
Unfinished survey answers
If you choose “Save my answers on this device,” your moving survey answers are stored in this browser for up to 7 days after your last edit. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to resume them. Photos are not saved in the draft. Uncheck the option or choose “Discard saved draft” to remove the saved answers. The draft is also removed after a successful submission.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to help TableSmith understand new and returning visits, pages viewed, approximate engagement time, and whether visitors start or complete an inquiry. We also count clicks on our phone and email links; a click does not tell us whether a call or email was completed.
Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “No thanks” leaves the website and inquiry forms available. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Your choice is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies may last up to 180 days after your last visit.
We send general events such as the form name, step number, and whether a submission succeeded or failed. We do not send inquiry answers, names, contact details, addresses, photos, filenames, or submission references to Google Analytics. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from the page addresses we send. Google also processes technical information such as device and browser information and approximate location to provide its reports. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can change your choice using or the link in the footer. Declining stops future Analytics collection on this browser and removes its Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase previously collected reports. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Only share what is needed
Town and ZIP code are sufficient for the initial assessment. Do not send access codes, payment details, identity documents, or photographs of unrelated private information. Photos are optional at submission; TableSmith may request specific views before quoting.
Contact and corrections
Submitting a form allows TableSmith to contact you about your request. It does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list, confirm a booking, or establish a price. To correct submitted information or request deletion, contact TableSmith at 845-600-0312 or brad@tablesmithinstallations.com.
Inquiry details are kept for service follow-up and business records. You can contact TableSmith with questions about storage or removal.
