What kinds of repairs have you completed?
The Goshen job included leather pocket restoration and polishing. In Nanuet, the frame was tightened, missing hardware was replaced, and the table and balls were cleaned and polished alongside cushion and cloth replacement. The project photos show these individual scopes.
Do you work on antique pool tables?
Yes. Documented projects include an early-1900s Brunswick moved from Staatsburg to Glen Cove and an antique Brunswick Junior Grand relocated in Millbrook with new cushions and spruce cloth. Send photos and the nameplate details when requesting an assessment of an older table.
Can you quote a repair from photos?
Photos and your description help establish what needs attention. Some issues require an on-site inspection before the scope and price can be confirmed. Use the repair assessment form for a full-table photo, close-ups and your location.
Careful assembly, accurate leveling, properly fitted cloth and attention to the pockets and cushions matter. So does how you are treated after the work is complete.
If something doesn’t seem right after service, contact Brad directly. We’ll assess the concern, explain what we find and take responsibility for correcting issues caused by our workmanship.
We’ll explain the work, materials and any known table conditions that affect the job. If additional paid work is needed, we’ll discuss the charges before proceeding.
Care for older tables
Age and previous repairs can cause issues unrelated to new work. Follow-up assessments on antique tables are initially charged at standard travel and labor rates, disclosed before the visit. Charges attributable to a confirmed workmanship issue are waived or refunded.
A clear explanation of the cause
Normal wear, accidental damage, changes in the supporting floor, or problems caused by someone else moving or working on the table may need separate paid service. We’ll explain the findings and your options.
